Thee Years Later - Update

I have been meaning to update this blog, but not being able to find my email password for the account somehow made me think I couldn't post an update; Mummy brain me thinks! : )

Yes, Mummy brain...

Two years ago I welcomed (though adoption) two biological siblings. A daughter and a son. Longed for. Treasured. Cherished.

Both children have special needs, in many ways this impacts on much of how we live, in many ways it makes no difference at all. Sometimes it brings extra challenges, but oh how it brings extra joy, too!

Motherhood is grand.

Edited to Add: In 2018 we welcomed another child into our family, age 16.5 years. Was always a dream of mine to ensure no child leaves the system without a family, and we had a very surprise phone call and here we are. Now a single Mummy to three!
